DPD Pin Deliveries

When placing your order, it is important to provide your mobile number and e-mail address during the checkout process. Once an order is processed and out for delivery, you will need to give the DPD driver the 4-digit pin in order to receive your order. The pin code will be sent to you via e-mail/SMS. Each pin code is unique and created separately for each shipment. Please keep these safe.

International Delivery: We deliver to over 175 countries.

Europe - £12.95 - 2-4 Day tracked service
Rest of world / Outside Europe - £19.95 - 3-5 Day tracked service

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2.00 PM GMT will be dispatched the same day. 

All orders placed after 2.00 PM GMT will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2.00PM GMT will begin processing on the following Monday.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We can't accept returns on items that have been worn. If there is something you need assistance with, please contact us directly via email or chat and we can help you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as best we can. We value our customer's time and energy highly and take this stuff very seriously.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Where a item being swapped it more expensive than the returning item, we will need to send you a PayPal invoice for the difference before shipping. Where the item is lower in price than the retuning item, we will issue a digital credit note for the difference, in the form of a gift voucher for the website.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it might take a few days sometimes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
